Dave Chappelle recited this quotation when asked about Richard Pryor's influence on the world of comedy. I'm sure there are numerous variations and thoughts about where it comes from but regardless I find the sentiment beautiful and since hearing it, can't stop thinking about it...

I saw Dave on the Inside the Actors Studio program on Bravo this morning and I absolutely loved that quote.
Dont forget this wonderful monologue:
The worst thing to call someone is crazy, its dismissive.
"I dont understand this person so they're crazy."
Thats bullshit. Cause people are not crazy, they're strong people.
Maybe their environment is a little sick
